The Planning Commission is charged with the duty to advise the Mayor and Council on matters related to the review and approval of all commercial construction and remodeling. It shall make standards it deems necessary regarding how streets, grading, water, sewer, utility, piping, and other facilities shall be installed to secure harmonious development within the City of Wickliffe.
Planning Commission meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM at Wickliffe City Hall in Council Chambers (unless there are no applicants to appear before the commission).
Applications (below) along with thirteen (13) sets of plans and the appropriate fees (see application) are due the Wickliffe Building Department four (4) weeks prior to the first Thursday of the month.
